Designing, Mapping and Unleashing the Power of Enterprise & Project Ecosystems
CDS - Chaufferie
The term “ecosystem” was originally used in environmental fields to describe an entire system of living organisms plus abiotic factors such as air, water and minerals that occupy a particular space and interrelate in ensuring an ability to flourish despite barriers and forces outside of its control. Today, we use the word ecosystem to name and describe a system of relationships related to the advancement or sustainability of an idea, project—or, entire enterprises.
In today's precarious cultural sectors, artists, solopreneurs and enterprise building entrepreneurs soon learn they can't do it alone. Becoming intentional about mapping and engaging your enterprise or personal ecosystem is the key towards establishing visibility, career sustainability and financial resilience. Ecosystem management will also help you identify non-obvious collaboration, partnership and leverage opportunities.
In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to map out their own project or enterprise ecosystems, apply intersectional feminist principles to ecosystem management, identify critical gaps—and identify new opportunities and “triple plays” that can help your project or enterprise breakthrough.
