Edition 2000 s8p antennas, transmission. This performance is an experimental work dealing with inventor Nikola Tesla. Edition 2001 This year's piece, Nanospace, is derived from the multichannel audio-visual installation Hex (work-in-progress) that was developed during a recent residency in Rotterdam. Observing the carbon matrix and planetary landscapes with an eagle eye, this enigmatic production redefines the aural experience of electronic and noise-based music.In the summer of 1996, Stéphane Claude and Gisèle Trudel began AE as a research and communication unit, with regular input from other collaborators. AElab refers to the presentation and publication projects that have taken them to festivals in the Netherlands, Finland and Germany.
