Dr. Tagny Duff is an interdisciplinary artist and scholar working across biological arts, video, performance, net art and installation. Works, including The Cryobook Archives (2010-ongoing) and the Living Viral Tattoos (2008-ongoing) have been exhibited in solo and group shows at SO3 Art in France, Science Gallery in Ireland and at the Moscow Biennial in 2009. Duff has published many peer reviewed articles, including "Going Viral" in the Performance Research Journal, "Cryobook Archives" in The Canadian Journal of Communication, and "How to Make Living Viral Tattoos," in Leonardo Journal. Duff is currently the director of the Fluxmedia Research-Creation Network, a member of Hexagram and Associate Professor in the Department of Communication Studies at Concordia University.
