Pošta is the founder of several important cultural events and a long-standing manager in the field of culture. He graduated from VŠE and FAMU universities and worked for many years at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. He founded the Fresh Film Fest debut, the design show SUPERMARKET and the SIGNAL Light Festival, which was attended by 600,000 spectators and became the most visited cultural event in the Czech Republic. Through his own company, Fresh Films is also the producer of several films, such as the prized Czech documentary RAPublika. He also produces video projects by The Macula. It gained notoriety in particular by screening for the Old Town Astronomical Clock, and has also made contracts for Dubai, Liverpoool and Bucharest. He is currently preparing the sixth year of the SIGNAL Festival and is involved in the production of the feature-length animated film The Mouse belongs to Heaven.
