Renaud Legoux is Associate Professor of Marketing at HEC Montréal. He holds the Professorship on big data for the arts and culture. He is the codirector of the Data Philanthropy Hub, an initiative of IVADO. He received his PhD in Management with a concentration in Marketing from McGill University. Before his academic career, he worked as a manager in the cultural field. His current research interests include consumer behavior, arts marketing, and customer satisfaction.
