We’ve compiled several easy ways to help you plan your trip to Montréal. There are also many options to make your trip green and ecologically responsible: by train use VIA Rail Canada or car share with Amigo Express, then use public transport, bixi bikes, or electric taxis when you’re here!

GETTING TO MONTRÉAL

 BY PLANE
From Pierre-Elliott Trudeau Airport take the shuttle bus 747 towards the Central bus station and access the metro system from there. More information.

 BY BUS
From the United States and Ontario: Greyhound or Megabus
From the province of Québec: Orléans Express

 BY TRAIN
With VIA Rail, you can explore Canada while enjoying stunning scenery, comfortable reclining seats and thoughtful service.

 BY CAR
We strongly recommend car sharing, an eco-responsible and simple way to get to the festival! Find your ride with Amigo Express.

New York (or South) > Take the Champlain bridge towards ‘Montreal downtown exit’ on the right side of the road. Keep going until the Ville-Marie Tunnel (Autoroute 10) until the exit ‘boul. Saint-Laurent’ or ’Notre Dame’.

Toronto (or West) > Take Highway ON-401 which turns into QC-20. Take exit 2 on highway 720 E. Turn right on Saint-Jacques street to go downtown.

Québec (or East) > Take QC-20 until Jacques-Cartier Bridge and keep driving on Avenue de Lorimier, turn left on Sherbrooke street to go downtown

ONCE IN MONTRÉAL

As parking is often difficult to find downtown, we strongly suggest you to get to the festival by walking, biking, taxi or with public transport.

 PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The métro stations near the venues of the festival are Berri-UQAM (green, yellow and orange lines), Saint-Laurent (green line) and Place-des-arts (green line). There are also multiple bus lines to take you into the neighbourhood of the festival. More information on public transports.

 BIXI
You can rent a bicycle for the day or the week, a nice way to enjoy the summer and see more of the city! Multiple stations available near the venues of the festival, visit the website for more information.

 TAXI
Teo Taxi is a taxi company that uses 100% electric cars. You can order your taxis and track their itinerary with a free app, and you have free wifi access on board. Download the app.

 CAR
