Woulg peels back layers of reality to reveal a dark world's inner workings, altering preconceived perceptions through audio and visual glitches, jazz-inspired hypnotic break beats and unexpected ever-changing ambient textures.

With a BFA from Alberta College of Art and Design and music composition studies under his belt from the Dartington College of Arts in the UK, Debicki crafts custom software, hacks and modified tools to drive glitch music, generative music software and interactive projections into new territories. An open-source and DIY advocate who pushes boundaries of music's definition and capabilities, he merges dissonant and destructive aesthetics into industrial leaning sound design, minimalist melodies and emotive soundscapes to create an uncanny tension. He runs Studio Marie Anne, offering courses in sound design, composition, controllerism and programming, has managed a team designing visuals for the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra, and taught a workshop about glitch and sound design at Berklee's Masters Campus in Valencia. He's performed as Woulg throughout Europe, South and North America and Australia and has collaborated with audiovisual artists such as Push 1 stop on audio-reactive 3D visuals.

This year, Woulg presents his newest audiovisual creation, Last Time, a unique experience of shifting time through sonic exploration.
