On the main stage, Innervisions’ influential figure Henrik Schwarz will play for the second time of the festival, this time operating under his solo act. Playing on the same stage, another veteran of the German scene Gerd Janson - resident of the emblematic clubs Robert Johnson and Panorama Bar -, will greet us with one of his eclectic DJ set which remain an unveiled, delightful recipe. Completing this NOCTURNE program on Nitsa’s main stage, the cosmic disco inflected duo Reagenz (Move D and Jonah Sharpe) will make its first appearance in Barcelona. While the project’s origins goes a long way back of two decades, its largely improvised epic sounds with celestial rhythms hasn’t lost one bit of its freshness.
The Jägermusic program in La/2 will first present the Malaga-born, UK bass-influenced duo BSN Posse, before introducing the local band The Suicide of Western Culture and its experimental influences, giving birth to a feverish music that skillfully juggles between drone, post-rock y electronica. After playing in last year’s MUTEK.ES with his duo project Olde Golds, Hivern Discs’ artist JMII will come back under his solo act to close up La/2 on a high note.
